In der Lukasmühle im Ortsteil Gildehaus der Stadt Bad Bentheim, Am Mühlenberg 1, betreibt der Verein die Dauerausstellung des im Jahre 2000 verstorbenen Künstlers Friedrich Hartmann.
Es werden über 100 Exponate des Künstlers in verschiedenen Maltechniken, auf die nachfolgend noch näher eingegangen wird, ausgestellt.
Der Verein wurde am 14.09.2001 gegründet.
