Die Elbe war früher Grenze und ist heute verbindendes Element zwischen den Bundesländern Brandenburg, Niedersachsen und Sachsen-Anhalt.  

Beschreibung

Die Flusslandschaft Elbe wird als ein wahres Naturparadies beschrieben. Doch die wunderschöne Flusslandschaft hat auch Schattenseiten der Geschichte erlebt. Die Elbe bildete lange Zeit Teil der menschenverachtenden innerdeutschen Grenze. Doch Flüsse können nicht nur trennen, sondern auch verbinden und deswegen führt Sie die Grenzlandtour durch drei Bundesländer: Brandenburg, Niedersachsen und Sachsen-Anhalt.

Die Tour führt von Wittenberge - Cumlosen - Lütkenwisch - Schnackenburg - Stresow - Wanzer- Pollitz - Wahrenberg - Wittenberge
