Der 3 km lange Naturlehrpfad befindet sich mitten in den Rauener Bergen und ist ein Rundwanderweg.
Von der Kolpiner Straße in Bad Saarow läuft man ca. 2 km geradeaus auf dem Hauptwanderweg bis die Ausschilderung vom Naturlehrpad beginnt (grüne Markierung).
Die Infotafeln beschreiben typische Baumarten und verweisen auf die interessante Bergbaugeschichte.
So kreuzt man zum Beispiel den ehemaligen Stollenausgang für die Braunkohleförderung.
Der Weg führt nicht an den Rauner Steinen vorbei, ein Abstecher ist aber möglich.
Startet man in der Kolpiner Straße, sind es ca. 7 km hin und zurück.
