Steenvoorde, westflämisch Stêenvôorde, ist eine französische Gemeinde mit 4429 Einwohnern im Département Nord in der Region Hauts-de-France. Sie gehört zum Arrondissement Dunkerque und zum Gemeindeverband Flandre Intérieure. In Steenvoorde wird auch Westflämisch gesprochen.Die Kleinstadt Steenvoorde liegt in Französisch-Flandern im äußersten Norden Frankreichs, etwa 30 Kilometer südöstlich von Dunkerque und 35 Kilometer nordwestlich von Lille. Im Nordosten grenzt das Gemeindegebiet an Belgien . Das überwiegend flache Gebiet der Gemeinde wird von einigen Bächen durchflossen, die über die Ey Becque in Richtung Norden zur Yser entwässern.
