Um der Nachfrage vieler Feinschmecker gerecht zu werden, bietet Jérôme, der Chefkoch des Bauernhofs, zwei Kochkurse pro Jahr an: einen vor Ostern und einen vor Weihnachten.
Sie sind um ein Gourmetmenü (Vorspeise, Hauptgericht und Dessert) herum aufgebaut, bei dem der Champagner aus unserer Region im Vordergrund steht. Jeder Teilnehmer erhält ein Heft, in dem er den Ablauf der Rezepte nachverfolgen und sie zu Hause nachkochen kann. Diese Kurse richten sich sowohl an Anfänger als auch an Fortgeschrittene.
Weitere Kochkurse sind für Gruppen nach vorheriger Anmeldung möglich.
