Das 1939 gegründete Haus Frédélian am Boulevard de la Plage in Cap Ferret ist für seine Cannelés, Macarons und Petit Fours bekannt. Man kommt auch zum Frühstück, zum Brunch oder zur Teestunde hierher, um einen Sahne- oder Schlagsahne-Baba, Pralinen-Lollis, eine Waffel oder einen Crêpe zu naschen. Man bucht dort "Vergnügungszug" , "Craquelin-Eis", das berühmte "Paris - Cap Ferret", Schokolade und andere Leckereien für das abendliche Dessert. Man kommt auch, um in der Mittagspause an den "Signature Dishes" zu knabbern.
