Die Kirche Sant'Antonio Abate befindet sich auf der Piazza Sant'Antonio in Pisa.
Es wurde 1341 mit dem angrenzenden, im Zweiten Weltkrieg zerstörten Kloster gegründet und 1392 auf Geheiß von Pietro Gambacorti teilweise renoviert.

Nach dem Krieg wurde es in seiner Form vom Ende des 18. Jahrhunderts wieder aufgebaut. Die untere Fassade von Lupo und Giovanni di Gante und Simone di Matteo da Siena besteht aus zweifarbigen Marmorbändern (1399-1410). Auf der Rückseite des Innenhofs befindet sich Keith Harings riesiges Wandbild Tuttomondo, das letzte öffentliche Werk des Künstlers (1989) vor seinem Tod 1990 an AIDS.
