Graauw ist ein Dorf in der Gemeinde Hulst in der niederländischen Provinz Zeeland, gelegen in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. Das Dorf hatte am 1. Januar 2021 940 Einwohner. Bereits im 13. Jahrhundert gehörte die Pfarrei des früheren Graauw zur Zisterzienserabtei Ter Doest und später zur Abtei Ten Duinen. In der Nähe des Dorfes befand sich ein Landwirtschaftshof dieser Abteien. Das Gebiet überflutete mehrfach und insbesondere infolge der Überschwemmung von 1585 ging das alte Graauw verloren.
