Die 4. Binnenvestgracht ist ein ehemaliger Graben und eine Straße in der niederländischen Stadt Leiden, Provinz Zuid-Holland. Der Graben war ursprünglich Teil der Innenvestgracht, die Teil der Verteidigungsanlagen der Stadt war. In der Zeit zwischen 1880 und 1887 wurde der südliche Teil des Grabens, nahe der Zoeterwoudsesingel, aufgefüllt. Das Tevelingshofje liegt am zugeschütteten Graben.
