Die Zeeland war eine Zuckerfabrik in Bergen op Zoom, die von 1917 bis 1929 in Betrieb war. Die Fabrik wurde von der Genossenschaft Coöperatieve Beetwortelsuikerfabriek Zeeland betrieben. Einige verbleibende imposante Fabrikgebäude sind heute Beispiele für industrielles Erbe in der Gemeinde Bergen op Zoom. Heutzutage ist Die Zeeland ein überdachtes Einkaufszentrum und Teil eines größeren Einkaufsgebiets.
