Strandpaviljoen Panta Rhei ist ein Begriff in Vlissingen. Das Pavillon wurde 1970 gegründet und hieß damals Costa del Nol. 1983 wechselt das Pavillon den Eigentümer und wird De Nolle. 1996 erhält es den heutigen Namen Panta Rhei. 2011 wurde ein völlig neues Strandpaviljoen gebaut, das zwei Gastronomiebetriebe umfasst. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich Panta Rhei und im ersten Stock war das Strandpaviljoen Boka Bizarro Beach untergebracht. Seit kurzem hat jedoch Panta Rhei das obere Pavillon übernommen und es trägt mittlerweile einen anderen Namen.
Strandwachtenpost
Neben dem Strandpaviljoen befindet sich das Gebäude der Rettungsbrigade Vlissingen. Strandwachtenpost De Nolle hat einen Aussichtsturm und ist die Hauptstation der Strandwachen in der Gemeinde Vlissingen.
Panta Rhei ist bekannt geworden durch seine Live-Musik. Jeden Sonntagnachmittag gibt es um 17.00 Uhr einen Live-Auftritt.
