Oude Weerd is a recognized nature reserve in the Belgian municipality of Rekem. The area covers 29.7 hectares and includes grasslands, ponds, wooded edges, scrub, and wet meadows. The area is managed by Natuurpuntafdeling Lanaken.
Oude Weerd is accessible all year round via walking paths and consists of five mosaics, each with its own management plan. It is located along the banks of the Ziepbeek, in the immediate vicinity of Oud-Rekem.
