Metropolis es el antiguo nombre del complejo cinematográfico Kinepolis en la ciudad belga de Amberes. Está ubicado en el barrio de Luchtbal, al norte de la ciudad, y abrió sus puertas en octubre de 1993. Desde el verano de 2011, el nombre "Metropolis" fue reemplazado por "Kinepolis Antwerpen", en analogía con los otros complejos del grupo cinematográfico. Las características columnas que llevaron el nombre "Metropolis" durante 18 años recibieron una nueva inscripción.
Kinepolis Antwerpen tiene 24 salas de cine con un total de 7.377 asientos. El tamaño de las salas varía de 182 a 694 asientos por sala. Todas las salas tienen el certificado THX, que garantiza calidad de sonido e imagen. En la sala 3 hay tecnología Barco Escape que utiliza tres pantallas. La sala 5 cuenta con un proyector láser Barco y un sistema de sonido Dolby Atmos que mejora aún más la calidad de imagen y sonido, y la sala 11 dispone de un sistema de sonido Auro 11.1.
