El Cementerio Militar Antiguo de Dickebusch es un cementerio militar británico con caídos de la Primera y Segunda Guerra Mundial, ubicado en el pueblo belga de Dikkebus. El cementerio se encuentra cerca de la iglesia del pueblo y fue diseñado por John Truelove. Es mantenido por la Comisión de Tumbas de Guerra de la Commonwealth. El terreno tiene una forma irregular con una superficie de aproximadamente 990 m² y está rodeado por un muro de piedra natural. La Cruz de Sacrificio está ubicada en la mitad izquierda del cementerio. En las inmediaciones se encuentran el Cementerio Militar Nuevo de Dickebusch y la Extensión del Cementerio Militar Nuevo de Dickebusch. Se conmemoran 57 muertos.
