Este árbol se encuentra aislado en la meseta al norte del pueblo. El árbol ofrecía sombra para la horca y las colonias de cuervos. Esos cuervos comían los cadáveres que se colgaban al final de la cuerda.
Los árboles eran venerados como dioses entre los galos y los germanos. Luego, los árboles fueron apropiados por la religión cristiana para expulsar los antiguos cultos. El tilo como árbol y dios de la 'Justicia' es uno de los pocos árboles que ha mantenido su simbolismo galo o germano. Estos árboles también eran un cruce de caminos para los viajeros a lo lejos.
