Una espléndida y variada excursión a pie que comienza en la abadía de Averbode, un lugar de acceso libre y que vale la pena visitar. La ruta continúa su camino a través del área natural de Catselt, pasa por Molenstede y se serpentea a través de la zona de Demerbroeken. Finalmente, el recorrido pasa por Mariapark de vuelta al punto final.
