Neckargerach es un municipio en el distrito de Neckar-Odenwald en Baden-Württemberg. Forma parte de la región metropolitana europea de Renania-Neckar.
El municipio es un lugar de descanso reconocido por el estado y se encuentra directamente junto al Neckar y en la ruta de los castillos entre Heidelberg y Heilbronn. El área del municipio se sitúa en el parque natural Neckartal-Odenwald entre 129 y 380 metros de altura.
