Ha habido varios mitos de que el castillo de Huntington ha sido perseguido por fantasmas de druidas en los campos e incluso en el castillo. Se dice que los druidas podían, de un golpe, crear una niebla; encender fuegos a voluntad; y hacer caer lluvias de sangre. Se les temía porque sacrificaban a hombres y mujeres para complacer a sus dioses. También tiene un pozo que nunca se ha secado, y debido a eso ha salvado al castillo de un asedio en muchas ocasiones.
