La Zeeland fue una fábrica de azúcar en Bergen op Zoom que estuvo en funcionamiento entre 1917 y 1929. La fábrica fue explotada por la asociación Fábrica de Azúcar de Remolacha Cooperativa Zeeland. Algunos de los impresionantes edificios de la fábrica que han sobrevivido son actualmente ejemplos de patrimonio industrial en el municipio de Bergen op Zoom. Hoy en día, La Zeeland es un centro comercial cubierto y parte de una zona comercial más grande.
