En 2021, Reizen Waes a vraiment mis Waasmunster sur la carte en participant à la Vesjeskermis. La « Fête des Vestes et Molekens » annuelle a lieu le week-end du 3ème dimanche de septembre. L'attraction de la fête foraine est le tournoi de waterbak historique. Le jeu populaire qui a commencé en 1885 comme un acte de compassion envers la famille suite au décès de l'aubergiste local est devenu, au fil des ans, une attraction annuelle.
