Située dans un parterre entouré de haies (hêtre), légèrement au-dessus du niveau de la rue. Construite aux frais et sur le terrain de Frans van Ranst en 1837, en raison d'une guérison. Chapelle cimentée et peinte sur un plan rectangulaire avec un chœur à trois pans saillants, sous un toit à deux pentes (faîte parallèle à la rue, faux ardoises), datée de 1837 sur la pierre de fermeture de la porte et inscription du chœur. Ouvertures murales en arc.
