La Bibliothèque publique de Lippe / Bibliothèque théologique et médiathèque à Detmold est une bibliothèque universitaire et régionale pour l'Ouest de la Westphalie. L'organisateur de cet établissement public est l'Association de Lippe.
La bibliothèque est logée dans un palais néoclassique, construit comme maison privée et résidence par le grand commerçant detmoldoise Johann Wilhelm Ebert de 1842 à 1843. Depuis 1886, après son acquisition par le prince Woldemar, la bibliothèque y est installée.
