Peñaflor est un lieu et une paroisse dans la municipalité de Grado, dans la communauté autonome des Asturies. Le siège de la municipalité se trouve à 2,7 km de là, à Grado.
La paroisse, avec 261 habitants, est située à 51 m d'altitude au-dessus du niveau de la mer, au bord du Río Nalón, et constitue une étape sur le chemin de Saint-Jacques traditionnel, le Camino Primitivo. Des étés agréablement doux, mais aussi humides, alternent avec des hivers tout aussi doux.
