Vente de pizzas à emporter, fabrication artisanale, cuisson au feu de bois. Ma pâte à pizza est faite maison sur le levain avec maturation pour de meilleurs arômes. Réalisée avec une farine bio locale du Moulin du Courneau au nord de Bordeaux à Laruscade, elle est étalée à la main afin qu'elle soit très aérée, moelleuse et croustillante. La majorité de mes matières premières sont des produits frais. Une partie provient d'entreprises locales tel que :
Magret de canard, foie gras, saumon fumé : Maison Delpeyrat et Labeyrie.
Champignons : Champiland à Herm.
Miel : Alain LABAT apicuteur à Castets.
Titions : AB Boucherie Saint-Paul-lès-Dax .
Asperges (en saison) : Copadax à Castets.
