La A75 est une route principale en Écosse, reliant Stranraer et ses ports de ferry à Cairnryan avec la A74 à Gretna, près de la frontière avec l'Angleterre et l'autoroute M6.
En se dirigeant vers l'ouest le long de la côte sud de l'Écosse depuis son jonction avec l'autoroute A74 à Gretna, elle continue par Eastriggs, Annan, Dumfries, Castle Douglas, Gatehouse of Fleet, Newton Stewart, Kirkcowan et Glenluce avant de se terminer à Stranraer.
