Island Bridge est un pont routier enjambant la rivière Liffey, à Dublin, en Irlande, qui relie la South Circular Road à la Conyngham Road au Phoenix Park.
Island Bridge et les environs doivent leur nom à l'île formée ici par la création d'une dérivation de moulin vers la rive droite tandis que le courant principal s'écoule vers la gauche. La rivière Camac émerge d'un tunnel plus en aval vers la gare de Dublin Heuston.
