La Maison Frescati était une maison géorgienne et un domaine situé à Blackrock, Dublin. Elle a été construite en 1739 pour la famille de John Hely Hutchinson, le Provost du Trinity College.
Au cours du XVIIIe siècle, Blackrock était prisé par les bien-nés d'Irlande et est devenu une station balnéaire à la mode. La gentry de Dublin, polluée par le smog, s'est avancée dans la région pour profiter de l'air marin. C'est à cette époque qu'un certain nombre de villas maritimes ont été construites autour de Blackrock – y compris Maretimo, Carysfort, Lios an Uisce, Sans Souci et d'autres.
