Eitorf è un comune e un centro medio della parte orientale del distretto di Rhein-Sieg nella parte meridionale della Renania Settentrionale-Vestfalia.
Eitorf si trova lungo il corso medio del fiume Sieg nell'ex Auelgau. Il comune si trova tra il Bergisches Land e il Westerwald, circa 25 km a est di Bonn e 50 km a sud-est di Colonia. I comuni limitrofi sono a nord il comune di Ruppichteroth, a est il comune di Windeck, a sud i comuni di Asbach, Buchholz e Kircheib nel Rinania-Palatinato e a ovest la città di Hennef.
