Neckargerach è un comune nella regione del Neckar-Odenwald in Baden-Württemberg. Fa parte della regione metropolitana europea del Reno-Neckar.
Il comune è una località di cura riconosciuta dallo stato e si trova direttamente sul fiume Neckar e lungo la Strada dei Castelli tra Heidelberg e Heilbronn. Il territorio comunale si estende nel parco naturale del Neckartal-Odenwald tra i 129 e i 380 metri di altitudine.
