La Villa Baare è una villa imprenditoriale in Reiterweg 13 nel quartiere Höntrop di Wattenscheid a Bochum. La strada Höntroper adiacente si chiamava quindi "Baarestraße" fino alla sua incorporazione in questo tratto stradale. La villa fu costruita nel 1888 dalla Società di Bochum per la Fabbricazione di Acciaio Fuso per il suo direttore generale Louis Baare, nelle immediate vicinanze della miniera Vereinigte Maria Anna Steinbank. Baare la fece ampliare con un edificio di servizi e suo figlio Fritz Baare nel 1904 con una torre e ampliamenti. La vedova di Fritz Baare visse qui fino al 1945, poi servì come casinò per ufficiali britannici, successivamente la casa divenne una casa di cura per bambini. Nel 1974 l'azienda vendette la villa alla città di Wattenscheid. Oggi un'associazione gestisce qui un asilo Waldorf.
