Bishorst è un villaggio affondato nel 18° secolo durante una violenta mareggiata nell'Elba, situato nell'attuale distretto di Pinneberg nel Schleswig-Holstein.
Probabilmente esisteva già una chiesa a Bishorst dal IX secolo. In seguito, il villaggio si sviluppò in parrocchia e centro spirituale della Marsch di Haseldorf. Intorno al 1125, l'apostolo missionario Vicelin ricevette Bishorst in dono. Tuttavia, il nome viene menzionato per la prima volta in un documento del 1142 nella bolla di donazione dell'arcivescovo Adalbero di Brema a Vicelin. Quando nel 12° secolo i Vendi infestavano la terra di Holsten, Vicelin e i suoi collaboratori si ritirarono nel villaggio missionario protetto. In seguito, la chiesa fu incorporata al monastero di Bordesholm.
