Sagás[1][2] è un comune della comarca del Bergadà, nella provincia di Barcellona, situato a est di Gironella, nella valle del Marlés. Include l'aggregato di La Guardia.
L'attività economica principale è l'agricoltura e l'allevamento. I coltivazioni predominanti sono i cereali e i foraggi. Per quanto riguarda l'allevamento, si dedica al settore suinicolo e bovino.
