Can Gallart Vell è una casa di Santa Coloma de Farners inclusa nell'Inventario del Patrimonio Architettonico della Catalogna.
Casa a due piani, con falde laterali, coperta di tegole arabe e cornice catalana. Le aperture sono rettangolari con lintello, montanti e piedritto in pietra monolitica. L'ingresso principale, situato al centro, ha il dente rettangolare in pietra, come la maggior parte delle aperture. Nella finestra a destra si trova l'iscrizione dell'anno 1635. Nella parte sinistra, c'è un ampliamento a forma di antichi ricoveri dove attualmente si trova un bar. La porta d'ingresso è ad arco ribassato con montanti in pietra, c'è l'iscrizione del 1856.
