La Chiesa della Madonna dei Lumi si trova a San Gimignano all'estremità meridionale di Via San Giovanni, vicino a Porta San Giovanna. La chiesa fu edificata nel 1601 su progetto dell'architetto sangimignanese Francesco Panzini. All'interno è decorata con stucchi e pitture monocrome, dipinte nel 1794 da Pietro Scaliano.
Poiché ostruiva parte della trafficata Porta San Giovanni, fu parzialmente demolita nel 1922.
Da questa chiesa proviene una tavola cinquecentesca di Sebastiano Mainardi raffigurante la Madonna col Bambino e due angeli, attualmente nella Pinacoteca Comunale.
