Il mulino ad acqua di Eerbeek è un mulino ad acqua situato lungo il ruscello Eerbeekse Beek, nei pressi di Eerbeek (comune di Brummen). La prima menzione di un mulino ad acqua appartenente alla casa Eerbeek risale al 1395. Originariamente, accanto al mulino c'era anche un mulino per cereali sull'altra sponda, ma i resti di quest'ultimo sono stati demoliti nel 1967. Nel 1942 la casa, insieme al mulino, fu donata alla Stichting Het Geldersch Landschap. Nel 1950 il mulino fu venduto all'affittuario W. H. van Zadelhoff, la cui famiglia affittava il mulino fin dal 1908. Il mulino è stato restaurato nel 1967 per tornare all'attività molitoria. L'ultimo restauro risale al 2007. Il mulino ad acqua di Eerbeek è visitabile su appuntamento e in date prestabilite.
