Nordhorn is een Duitse stad en gemeente in de Landkreis Grafschaft Bentheim in de deelstaat Nedersaksen, vlak bij de Nederlandse grens bij Denekamp. Nordhorn telt 53.839 inwoners. De gemeente is de Kreisstadt van het Grafschaft Bentheim.
De stad ligt in het uiterste zuidwesten van Nedersaksen en grenst direct met Nederland aan de gemeente Dinkelland in Overijssel. Dwars door de stad stroomt de Vecht . De rivier splitst zich in de stad in twee armen en omsluit een voormalig eiland, Vechte-Insel, waarop zich een deel van het stadscentrum bevindt.
