De Dom van Erfurt (Duits: Erfurter Dom, officieel Hohe Domkirche St. Marien zu Erfurt, Engels: Cathedral Church of St Mary at Erfurt), ook bekend als de St. Maarten kathedraal, is de grootste en oudste kerkgebouw in de Thüringse stad Erfurt, centraal Duitsland. Het is de bisschoppelijke zetel van het rooms-katholieke bisdom Erfurt. De kathedraal is voornamelijk gebouwd in de Internationale Gotiek en ligt op een heuvel met uitzicht op het hoofdplein van de stad (Domplatz, Kathedraalplein). Voormalige Duitse namen zijn Marienkirche en Propsteikirche Beatae Mariae Virginis.
