In het voormalige gebouw voor Maritieme Zaken worden sinds 2015 tentoonstellingen gehouden die zich voornamelijk richten op fotografie.
In het hart van de dynamische wijk Saint-Esprit heeft dit prachtige art-decogebouw, ontworpen door de gebroeders Gomez en beheerd door de stad Bayonne, sinds de opening al duizenden bezoekers mogen verwelkomen.
Na projecten gewijd aan Carlos Saura, Lucien Clergue, Raymond Depardon, Nikos Aliagas, Yann Arthus-Bertrand, Liu Bolin, Thomas Pesquet, Véronique de Viguerie en Hugo Pratt in voorgaande seizoenen, gaat het seizoen 2023-2024 dit voorjaar verder met de tentoonstelling Encre et Aquarelle gewijd aan Dominique Duplantier, te zien van 01 maart tot 21 april.
