L'escale trekt zoetwatervaarders aan op het Canal du Midi, maar niet alleen. Het moet gezegd worden dat het adres alles in zich heeft om te verleiden met zijn mooie terras, dat 's avonds verduisterd is, en zijn zaal met een eigentijdse inrichting. Maar de goede verrassing is ook te vinden in de gerechten, Geoffroy, de chef-kok, stelt een seizoensgebonden keuken voor waarin lokale producten samengaan met die van elders... In de zomer kunnen liefhebbers genieten van het bord "King krab en krabvlees, pikante avocado en citroenolijven", de tonijntataki met drie sesamzaadjes, de stierengardiaan of de lamsmuis. De gerechten worden vergezeld van seizoensgroenten of huisgemaakte frieten. Speciale vermelding voor de desserts, ga niet weg zonder de chocoladepiramide met tobleronemousse en chantilly te proeven.
