De kerk van Sant'Antonio Abate bevindt zich op het Piazza Sant'Antonio in Pisa.
Het werd gesticht in 1341 met het aangrenzende klooster, dat in de Tweede Wereldoorlog werd verwoest, en onderging enkele verbouwingen in 1392 in opdracht van Pietro Gambacorti.
Het werd na de oorlog herbouwd in de vorm die het aan het einde van de 18e eeuw had. De benedengevel, van Lupo en Giovanni di Gante en Simone di Matteo da Siena, is in tweekleurige marmeren banden (1399-1410). Achteraan de binnenplaats bevindt zich de enorme muurschildering Tuttomondo van Keith Haring, het laatste openbare werk van de kunstenaar (1989) voor zijn dood in 1990 aan AIDS.
