De Kerk van de Madonna dei Lumi bevindt zich in San Gimignano aan het zuidelijke einde van de Via San Giovanni, in de buurt van de Porta San Giovann. De kerk werd in 1601 gebouwd naar een ontwerp van de architect Francesco Panzini uit San Gimignano. Binnen is het versierd met stucwerk en monochrome schilderingen, aangebracht in 1794 door Pietro Scaliano.
Omdat het een deel van de drukke Porta San Giovanni belemmerde, werd het in 1922 gedeeltelijk afgebroken.
Uit deze kerk komt een 16e-eeuws paneelschilderij van Sebastiano Mainardi met de voorstelling van de Madonna met kind en twee engelen, dat zich momenteel in de Gemeentelijke Kunstgalerij bevindt.
