Das Erasmushuis, früher Kapitelhaus 'De Swaene', ist ein historischer Ort in Anderlecht, wo Desiderius Erasmus während seines Aufenthalts in Brüssel wohnte. Seit 1932 ist es ein Museum, das Erasmus und die entsprechende Epoche der Geschichte gewidmet ist.
Der lokale Domschulrektork Pieter Wijchmans ließ sich später in diesem Haus nieder und erweiterte es 1515. Dieser Kanoniker empfing viele Gäste und war ein Freund des Humanisten Desiderius Erasmus. Wijchmans bot Erasmus von Mai bis Oktober 1521 Unterkunft im Haus an. Desiderius Erasmus hat also nur etwa fünf Monate in diesem Haus verbracht.
