Met het Kaaitheater en de oude Citroën-garage in de stellingen, is er aan Sainctelette een immense culturele zone in aanbouw. Het Kaaitheater breidt zich uit en KANAL-Centre Pompidou wordt een toonaangevend kunstencentrum. Met de afbraak van de Citroën-garage kwamen op de zijgevel van het Kaaitheater de letters 'Luna-theater' tevoorschijn. Die roepen herinneringen op aan een andere tijd, waar op deze plaats een geheel andere vorm van ontspanning was.
