La ferrovia San Gallo-Trogen, , è una linea ferroviaria a scartamento metrico della Svizzera che oggi fa parte del gruppo Appenzeller Bahnen.
La società venne costituita il 10 luglio 1903 allo scopo di collegare con una ferrovia, a scartamento ridotto di 1000 mm, il centro abitato di San Gallo, capoluogo dell'omonimo cantone, con Trogen nel cantone di Appenzello esterno.
