Villa Henckel er en to-etagers sene klassicistisk tårnvilla på Pfingstberg i Potsdam. Den er en del af UNESCOs verdensarv og ejes af Preußische Schlösser und Gärten-fonden.
Villaen ligger på adressen Große Weinmeisterstraße 43 i Potsdams Nauener Vorstadt på Pfingstberg. Sammen med Villa Lepsius og Villa Quandt er den blandt de fornemme villaer i dette område, og ensemblet inkluderer også Villa Schlieffen.
