En el museo se encuentra una reconstrucción del antiguo órgano de presión de agua de Ktesibios de Alejandría. También hay antiguas órganos de casa Emmentaler, el órgano Tschanun de Radio Lausana con tres teclados y un órgano hecho de chocolate. Además, hay otros instrumentos en el museo, como algunos armonios.
Junto con la exposición de órganos, se lleva a cabo música y se ofrece una demostración y taller en la construcción de tubos de órgano. A través de un órgano desmontado se muestra el mecanismo por dentro.
