Nel 1995 ha ricevuto anche una balaustra e dieci grandi finestre che offrono una vista panoramica grandiosa. Ti trovi all'altezza degli albatri. Al pianterreno c'è anche una mostra permanente sulla captazione dell'acqua e sul ruolo dell'acqua nella nostra vita quotidiana. Un'attrazione imperdibile da visitare.
