Woodstown House is een landhuis in de townland van Woodtown Lower in het oosten van County Waterford, Ierland.
Het huidige huis is in de Regency-stijl gebouwd in 1823, maar kan elementen bevatten van een eerder huis dat dateert uit de jaren 1720. Het huis is gebouwd door Robert Shapland Carew naar ontwerpen die toeschrijfbaar zijn aan George Richard Pain. Het is een vrijstaand gebouw met drie vensterassen en twee verdiepingen, met zijgevels van twee verdiepingen met drie vensterassen, en een zeven vensterassen tellende bijgebouw aan de noordwestkant in een U-vormig plan.
