La residenza era originariamente una boria e apparteneva alla signoria di Champcevinel, al capitolo della cattedrale di Périgueux. L'edificio è circondato da un recinto, i cui angoli sono rinforzati sul lato est da torri di guardia quadrate, sormontate da una piramide, sporgenti da caditoie. Risale al XV secolo e alcune parti al XVII secolo. L'edificio principale è stato restaurato nel XIX secolo. A ovest, in mezzo al prato, si trova una colombaia circolare, datata 1661. Nei giardini, a sud, è stata costruita nel XIX secolo una piccola cappella sepolcrale a pianta barocca.
Proprietà privata. Visita esterna gratuita. È possibile fare passeggiate con i pony all'interno della tenuta, a pagamento, previa registrazione presso l'Etrier Périgourdin al numero 06 70 14 41 24.
