Weert er en landsby i den belgiske provins Antwerpen og en delkommune af Bornem. Weert var en selvstændig kommune indtil den kommunale reform i 1977. Weert blev første gang nævnt i 1240. Det blev dengang solgt af Walter van den Coudenborch til Sankt Baafs Abbedi i Gent med det formål at blive opdyrket. I 1320 var opdæmningen færdig, og Weert hørte administrativt og kirkeligt under Temse. Det lå oprindeligt på den venstre bred af Schelde, men omkring 1240 ændrede Schelde strømningen sig, og Weert kom til at ligge på den højre bred af Schelde.
